  By downloading, installing, or using the Rainease application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms,

  These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Rainease (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully.                                

  2. Description of Service                                                                                                                                              

  Rainease is a mobile application that provides:                                                                                                                        

  – High-quality rain sounds and nature ambiences                                                                                                                        

  – Sound mixing capabilities to create custom soundscapes                                                                                                               

  – Sleep timer functionality                                                                                                                                            

  – Background audio playback                                                                                                                                            

  – Premium subscription features for enhanced access                                                                                                                    

  The App is designed to help users relax, focus, sleep, and enjoy peaceful moments.                                                                                     

  3. Eligibility                                                                                                                                                         

  You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this

   age requirement.                                                                                                                                                      

  If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms

  4. License Grant                                                                                                                                                       

  Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your  

  personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  – Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content                                                                                                                   

  – Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  5. Subscriptions and Payments                                                                                                                                          

  5.1 Free Features                                                                                                                                                      

  Rainease offers certain features at no cost. These free features may be limited in scope compared to premium features.                                                 

  5.2 Premium Subscription                                                                                                                                               

  Rainease offers a Premium subscription that provides access to:                                                                                                        

  – Complete library of premium sounds                                                                                                                                   

  – Unlimited sound mixing                                                                                                                                               

  – Extended timer options                                                                                                                                               

  – Access to new sounds as they are added                                                                                                                               

  5.3 Payment and Billing                                                                                                                                                

  – All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store                                                                                                                 

  – Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase                                                                                                         

  – Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase                                                                                       

  – Prices may vary by region and are subject to change                                                                                                                  

  5.4 Automatic Renewal                                                                                                                                                  

  – Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period                                                     

  – Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period                                                                      

  – The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise notified                                                                      

  5.5 Managing Subscriptions                                                                                                                                             

  You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  5.6 Refunds                                                                                                                                                            

  All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, please   

  contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

  “Rainease” and associated logos are trademarks of Rainease. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.                                           

  6.3 Feedback                                                                                                                                                           

  If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate

   such feedback into the App without any obligation to you.                                                                                                             

  7. User Conduct

  – Use the App for any unlawful purpose                                                                                                                                 

  – Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

  OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.                                                                                            

  8.2 No Medical Claims                                                                                                                                                  

  Rainease is intended for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. The App:                                                                                          

  – Is not a medical device                                                                                                                                              

  – Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition                                                                                                  

  – Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice                                                                                                   

  – Makes no claims regarding health benefits                                                                                                                            

  If you have sleep disorders, anxiety, or other health conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.                                                  

  8.3 Availability                                                                                                                                                       

  We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend,  

  or discontinue the App at any time without notice.                                                                                                                     

  9. Limitation of Liability                                                                                                                                             

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Terms of Service and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict       

  between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall govern with respect to your use of the App Store and related services.                                      

  11.2 Links to Third-Party Content                                                                                                                                      

  The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or

  12. Termination

  You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

  Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes 

  shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.                                                                         

  16. Severability                                                                                                                                                       

  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the

  These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainease regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and

  Subscription Information                                                                                                                                               

  If you choose to purchase a Premium subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment          

  information, credit card details, or Apple ID. We only receive confirmation from Apple that a valid subscription exists to unlock premium features.                    

  How We Use Information                                                                                                                                                 

  Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use your data for:                                                                                             

  – Marketing or advertising purposes                                                                                                                                    

  – User profiling or analytics

  No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising                                                                                                                                

  Rainease does not integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools. Your usage of the App remains completely private.

  All app preferences and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS’s secure storage mechanisms. We do not operate servers that store user data. Your         

  information never leaves your device.                                                                                                                                  

  Children’s Privacy                                                                                                                                                     

  Rainease does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App does not require  

  any personal information to function and is safe for users of all ages.                                                                                                

  Your Rights                                                                                                                                                            

  Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information for us to provide, modify, or delete. Your app preferences can be reset by uninstalling and    

  reinstalling the App or clearing the App’s data through your device settings.                                                                                          

  Data Retention                                                                                                                                                         

  We do not retain any user data on our servers because we do not collect any. Local data stored on your device persists until you uninstall the App or manually clear   

  the App’s data.                                                                                                                                                        

  International Users                                                                                                                                                    

  Rainease is available worldwide. Since no data is transmitted from your device, there are no international data transfers to be concerned about.                       

  Changes to This Privacy Policy                                                                                                                                         

  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the “Last Updated”
